Selected Britax Römer products have been awarded the prestigious AGR “Healthy Back” Seal of Approval, confirming their outstanding ergonomic quality for both children and parents. The certification is granted by Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V., an independent German association of medical and therapeutic experts that assesses products for back-friendly and ergonomically sound design.
The award applies to the BABY-SAFE PRO (with and without VARIO BASE 5Z) as well as the DUALFIX range (DUALFIX PRO, DUALFIX PRO M and DUALFIX 5Z). The AGR panel praised these products for their excellent ergonomics, thoughtful design features, premium soft goods, and overall craftsmanship, alongside their comfort, functionality and ease of handling in everyday use.
With this recognition, our AGR-certified products set a clear benchmark for ergonomic excellence—offering reassurance that every journey combines trusted comfort, intuitive usability and back-friendly design.

At Britax Römer, we design our products with a strong focus on comfort, safety and healthy development. This commitment has been recognised by Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V. (AGR), an independent German association of medical and therapeutic experts dedicated to promoting back health.
AGR evaluates products according to strict ergonomic criteria and awards its renowned “Healthy Back” Seal of Approval only to designs proven to be back-friendly and ergonomically sound. The certification process includes expert assessment of seating posture, comfort, ease of handling and everyday usability—ensuring high standards for both child well-being and parental convenience.

BEST SEAT IN ITS CLASS – Our KIDFIX PRO from the CLASSIC Collection ONLY was tested with an impressive overall score of 1.8 and an excellent safety rating of 1.7 according to the stricter test criteria in the ADAC Test 10/2025. The KIDFIX PRO from the LUX & STYLE Collection were NOT tested.

ADAC KORT FORKLART
ADAC er en uavhengig forbrukerorganisasjon som tester tusenvis av produkter hvert år i mer enn 100 produkttester.I samarbeid med Stiftung Warentest tester ADAC de nyeste barnesetene på markedet to ganger i året. Resultatene publiseres i slutten av mai og oktober.
HVORDAN ADAC TESTER
I kategorien bilbarnestoler evaluerer ADAC for tiden fire områder: ulykkessikkerhet, håndtering, ergonomi og skadelige stoffer. Det er ikke nok å se på et bilsete for å avgjøre om det gir god beskyttelse ved en ulykke. ADAC tester sikkerheten i omfattende kollisjonstester. Frontkollisjon og sidekollisjon står på agendaen. Testforholdene er de samme for alle bilstoler.
